eJyothi Services, a subsidiary of U.S. based company – Aptin LLC, provides Information Technology
and Business Operations support to its various U.S. clients. We are hiring Senior Manager to lead
and manage business operations including Business Development, Proposal Support, Contract
Management support, Project Management Office (PMO) Support, Human Resource
Management, Recruiting for our U.S. clients. Candidates with IT industry knowledge are
preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term vision and strategy for the services provided by eJyothi.
- Improve and implement process improvements.
- Continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from various sources.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and compliance requirements.
- Manage, lead, and own service delivery in BD, Proposal, Contracting, PMO, HR functions.
- Work collaboratively with other teams such as IT and Finance.
- Ensure quality control checks are implemented and followed in all the deliverables.
- Review work products produced, mentor team members, track deadlines, and report to
senior management as required.
- Act as custodian of processes, procedures, templates, and checklists.
Required Skills
- Strong team building/management and inter-personal skills.
- Strong English communication - Oral & Writing.
- Aptitude for reading and understanding various artifacts including legal documents.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and self-learning skills.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and articulate client requirements in a systematic and logical.
manner, and to devise appropriate service delivery strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
Education
- Graduate or post-graduate in any stream with excellent academic scores. Prefer post
graduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Commerce, or MBA
