Description:
eJyothi Services is hiring a Product Manager to own the vision and development of enterprise software applications. This includes developing product business strategy, capturing functional requirements and managing feature launches for our US clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop a long-term vision and strategy for multiple company products
- Communicate the product strategy to all relevant stakeholders and obtain commitments
- Lead and develop product roadmaps in conjunction with the Functional and Technical Teams
- Work collaboratively with Functional teams (HR, BD, Contracting, PMO, Finance, Proposals, Recruiting) to ensure effective delivery and support of products and services
- Devising & Brainstorming solutions (prototypes, mockups & wireframes)
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers, Business Analysts and Quality Assurance engineers
- Continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from various sources
- Keep abreast of latest developments within the web development and tech industry
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Product Management Life Cycle

Education:
- Graduate with excellent academic scores.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CSM
