eJyothi Services, a subsidiary of U.S. based company – Aptin LLC, provides Information Technology and Business Operations support to its various U.S. clients. We are hiring a Manager to lead an manage business operations including Business Development (BD), Proposal Support, Contract Management support, and Project Management Office (PMO) Support, for our U.S. clients. This role focuses on leading the opportunity identification, managing the proposal process, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful capture and management of federal contracts. Candidates with IT industry knowledge and/or prior experience with GSA Schedules and management of federal contracts are preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and plans for delivering business services.
- Continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from authentic sources.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and compliance requirements.
- Manage, lead, and own service delivery in BD, Proposal, Contracting, and PMO functions.
- Conduct research to build opportunity pipelines that identify critical market and capability growth aligned with the client’s corporate growth objectives and identify strategic teaming partners.
- Elicit proposal/contract compliance requirements from solicitation / proposal / contract documents and manage artifact drafting.
- Perform quality control checks, including proofreading and compliance with requirements, and assist clients in the final proposal packaging and delivery.
- Review contract / task orders from successful proposals and provide input to the client and assist in contract execution.
- Prepare, review, and execute NDAs, teaming agreements, client contracts, subcontracts, and SOWs/Work Orders.
- Monitor subcontractor project funds utilization and perform necessary follow-up actions.
- Ensure quality control checks are implemented and followed in all the deliverables.
- Review work products produced, mentor team members, track deadlines, and report to client’s senior management as required.
- Act as custodian of processes, procedures, templates, and checklists.
- Work collaboratively with other teams such as IT and Finance.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
Education
- Graduate or post-graduate in any stream with excellent academic scores. Prefer post graduate degree in Mathematics, Physics, Commerce, or MBA
